Dive into the weekly lessons your way—whether you binge them all over the weekend, savour them one day at a time, or sprinkle them into your schedule between now and the end of next week. The choice is yours! We'll work together to construct accountability that supports your plan for success.
KICK OFF: Wednesday January 29nd - your first week of lessons unlock.
Join us for a meet-and-greet / orientation session, either:
- Thursday, January 30th at 6 PM ET or
- Friday, January 31st at 1 PM ET
Weekly Course Content Delivery
Every Wednesday, new lessons unlock in Heartbeat. Watch, read, or listen at your own pace.
JOY’n Live Sessions:
- Fridays at 1 PM ET (GET SET): Small group coaching sessions reflect on the previous lesson topics and touch lightly on what’s ahead. (Facilitator recordings available for one week.)
- Mondays at 9:30 AM ET (GET READY): A structured accountability group to kick-start your week with focus. (Recordings available for asynchronous support.)
- Tuesdays + Thursdays (LET’S GO): Body doubling sessions offered at various times to keep you energized and on task.
