Live Coaching and Community
We've got three types of group sessions you can JOY’n in on while enrolled in the program:
- GET READY - Start your week with Intention and Accountability.
A coach-facilitated session to guide you through a process to set your intentions for the week, clarify your priorities, and create accountability, inspiration and connection. Solo work can be hard. Join the team to make it easier and build on each other's commitment to show up, focus on, and take care of what matters - to YOU! - GET SET - End your week with a review, reflection and reset-as-needed focus.
Small group coaching sessions reflect on the previous lesson topics and touch lightly on what’s ahead. (available to live group cohort coaching) - LET"S GO! - Need a boost to get started, or to get something finished? Call them co-working sessions or Body doubling sessions - join our supportive community video calls to work alongside folks who appreciate the exchange of support in having your presence there too. These sessions are offered at various times to keep you energized and on task - connected to your purpose with built-in accountability.
