Live Coaching and Community

We've got three types of group sessions you can JOY’n in on while enrolled in the program: 

  • GET READY - Start your week with Intention and Accountability.
    A coach-facilitated session to guide you through a process to set your intentions for the week, clarify your priorities, and create accountability, inspiration and connection. Solo work can be hard. Join the team to make it easier and build on each other's commitment to show up, focus on, and take care of what matters - to YOU!
  • GET SET - End your week with a review, reflection and reset-as-needed focus.
    Small group coaching sessions reflect on the previous lesson topics and touch lightly on what’s ahead. (available to live group cohort coaching)
  • LET"S GO! - Need a boost to get started, or to get something finished? Call them co-working sessions or Body doubling sessions - join our supportive community video calls to work alongside folks who appreciate the exchange of support in having your presence there too. These sessions are offered at various times to keep you energized and on task - connected to your purpose with built-in accountability.

Lisanne possesses an inspiring passion and zest for the art and science of coaching - no wonder, having worked with over 1,500 clients worldwide in facilitating positive change!  With a delightful blend of curiosity, play, and spaciousness, Lisanne crafts safe and inviting spaces where growth blossoms, radical self-care, and self-agency thrive.

Lisanne is dedicated to radical self-care - that is evident in her multidisciplinary approach to holistic well-being. From leaving a successful corporate career in marketing management to becoming a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, yoga instructor, professional certified coach with multi-coaching disciplines, and still a “new” small business owner, she truly brings all she is into her work as a multi-faceted change catalyst.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life was a gift that brought a sense of validation and freedom that further inspired Lisanne to expand her professional coaching career to include coach training and mentoring.  Thriving with change, curiosity, creativity, and play - these values remain at the core of her being as do her three wonderful kiddos, three wacky whippets, and her rock n’ roll husband.

Cassandra has a deep passion for health and wellness and has dedicated a lifetime to studying and teaching what it means from the inside out and outside in again. Her passion is backed by her education, holding a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Development.

Her love of learning has led her to a wide array of certifications and educational pursuits from  personality assessments, to certified personal trainer to a master health coach and more, all rooted in a desire to continue honing her coaching craft.

She has been an athlete her whole life and currently enjoys playing ultimate frisbee.

When she isn’t on the field, coaching or in the classroom, she can be found enjoying a warm cup of coffee and hanging out with her family.

What is "Unlock Your Energy"?Expand

It’s a 10-week online group coaching program designed to help you reduce stress, build sustainable self-care habits, and reclaim your energy. It’s a space for growth, connection, and discovering what truly works for you.

How is the program delivered?Expand

This is a small-group learning and coaching program only.

The program is hosted on the Heartbeat.chat platform, where you’ll access lessons, connect with our private community, and stay organized. Live sessions are held on Butter Video, a browser-based platform that’s easy to use—no downloads required!

What if I can't attend the live sessions? Expand

No problem! Recordings of the facilitator’s portion of Friday and Monday sessions are available for one week, so you can catch up at your own pace. Please note that certain parts of sessions may not be shared based on permissions granted by participants attending live.

All participants will sign a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that materials and recordings remain private to those registered in the course. Your privacy and trust are top priorities.

We’re also open to hearing from participants about session timing preferences—your feedback helps us continuously improve the program.

How much time do I need to commit each week?Expand

It’s flexible! Lessons are designed to fit your schedule—you can binge them, pace them out daily, or sprinkle them in as it works for you. Live sessions are optional but highly recommended for added support and connection.

Nope! It's neither! This program is a dynamic blend of coaching, education, and community support designed to help you discover what works for you.

While we provide tools, strategies, and a structured framework, and foster a community built on trust and safety, this isn’t a rigid “one-size-fits-all” plan. Instead, it’s a space where you can explore, experiment, and tailor systems to fit your unique needs and goals.

And though connection and community are a big part of the experience, this isn’t about sharing struggles or getting advice—it’s about growing together, fostering autonomy, and creating meaningful, lasting change. We see our clients as creative, resourceful, and whole with or without ADHD.
