MODULE 2: The Power of Self-Care Architecture - Our 4D System

    • Align your strengths, values, and personal systems to construct (or build upon) your resilient and self-empowered life.
    • Define desired outcomes for your self goals and utilize your core strengths and values to achieve them.

Cassandra has a deep passion for health and wellness and has dedicated a lifetime to studying and teaching what it means from the inside out and outside in again. Her passion is backed by her education, holding a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Development.

Her love of learning has led her to a wide array of certifications and educational pursuits fromย  personality assessments, to certified personal trainer to a master health coach and more, all rooted in a desire to continue honing her coaching craft.

She has been an athlete her whole life and currently enjoys playing ultimate frisbee.

When she isnโ€™t on the field, coaching or in the classroom, she can be found enjoying a warm cup of coffee and hanging out with her family.

Join in on the weekly live sessions online every Wednesday at 12pm Eastern.

When you join the program, you will also have access to our exclusive community platform where you can get access to resources and an ongoing chat by topic or join our channel for a daily check-in!

Does this program include personal coaching sessions? Expand

This is a small-group learning and coaching program only.

While Coach Lisanne and Coach Cassandra will facilitate every Zoom group coaching session and will be accessible to you in our community platform during the 5-week program, the live weekly sessions are not a replacement for individual ADHD or Health and Wellness Coaching, therapy, or counselling.

If after being in our program, you are interested in working directly 1:1 with Cassandra or Lisanne, please inquire or ask us about your special rate for individual sessions either during or after the program completion.

When will the live group sessions be held? Will they be recorded? Expand

The live weekly group coaching calls will take place on Wednesdays at 2:00 PM EST. Sessions will be recorded but sharing granted only by permission as detailed at the onset of the program.

Please know there may be parts of the session that will not be shared based on the permissions granted by active participants attending. Participants will sign a confidentiality agreement to not share any materials outside of those who are registered in the course.

How long do I have access to the course for? Expand

You will have lifetime access to the course resources and will be offered access to join our private community to continue your journey beyond the 5-week course.

Do you have to have ADHD to benefit from this course? Expand

Absolutely not! We are a neuro-inclusive people and as long as you are respectful and agree to our community guidelines, you can come with any brain or body type that you live in!
